Poulter Park Cleanup – Afternoon Session – River Wandle

Activity Description: Join us to remove plastic pollution, other litter and fly-tipping from the River Wandle in the London Borough of Sutton. Don waders and pull rubbish from the river or help out along the banks at this litter hot spot in Poulter Park.
Meeting point: Near Mitcham and Carshalton Rugby Club, Poulter Park, 203 Peterborough Rd, Carshalton SM5 1DT. Map of location can be found HERE.
What to bring: gardening gloves (they will get wet so you may want to avoid expensive leather ones), hand sanitiser, face mask and any water or food you may want. We’ll be providing hot drinks at the end of the event – but please bring along your own mug.
Covid precautions: Please do not attend this event if you, or a member of your household, has any symptoms of covid-19.
