Flood Resilient Areas by Multi-layEr Safety Approach – FRAMES

We are excited to be part of a 3-year project to help increase the resilience of communities and infrastructure, against flood risk in the UK.

FRAMES (Flood Resilient Areas by Multi-layEr Safety Approach) is a €8 million project with 50% co-finance from the European Regional Development Fund.

We will join other organisations from the UK, Belgium, Denmark, Germany and The Netherlands, to reduce the consequences of flooding and help prepare communities for climate change.

Our part in this is a pilot project in Kent working with many local partners, such as local residents and councils, to increase local resilience of infrastructure and advise policy recommendations that will reduce recovery times after a flood.
