Hannah has joined our Preventing Plastic Pollution project as Plastics Project Officer. She will be involved in the delivery of cleanup events, community engagement projects and education around the role rivers play in plastic pollution, helping to stimulate lasting behaviour change.
Through her environmental science degree, she has specialised in the effects of single-use plastic and this passion was inspired by her hobbies as an open water swimmer and surfer.
Her background in environmental science, outdoor education, and teaching has now inspired her to take action against plastic pollution.
