Tom works closely with landowners to find Nature-based Solutions that are both beneficial to landowners and SERT’s wider work to make rivers and their catchments more resilient.
In his previous role at SERT, he managed the Catchment Partnerships for the Medway and North Kent, helping key partners to work together more effectively.
Tom’s social sciences background and his previous career as a geography teacher inspired his move to the conservation and the water management sector.
