Hester is the Co-Chief Executive for the Trust, alongside Dr Bella Davies. She has been with SERT since June 2021, driving the development and strategic mission of the Trust as it continues to grow.
Hester, with Bella, leads the management team of the Trust, ensuring focus on our key priorities, the right outcomes for rivers, and building positive and productive teams.
She has previously held leadership positions with the National Trust, the Fawcett Society following 12 years in the private sector primarily at LexisNexis UK. She sits on the Board of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.
