Hester is the Co-Chief Executive for the Trust, providing maternity leave cover for Dr Bella Davies until summer 2022.
Hester leads the management team of the Trust, ensuring focus on our key priorities, the right outcomes for rivers, and building positive and productive teams.
Hester has previously held leadership positions with the National Trust and the Fawcett Society. She sits on the Board of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.
