Rachael has worked for the South East Rivers Trust since May 2023. Her role as Volunteer and Engagement Officer focuses on delivering events such as cleanups and removal of invasive plant species across a wide area.
She has worked in volunteer engagement for 15 years and is passionate about involving volunteers in conservation and citizen science projects.
Rachael is from the Highlands of Scotland where her love of river swimming started as well as wild camping and the great outdoors.
