Paula is the HR Manager for the South East Rivers Trust, supporting all aspects of recruitment and employee lifecycle within the organisation.
She has spent more than 25 years in HR. working as a Personnel Manager in Waitrose Ltd in varying branches as well as supporting new branch openings and numerous HR and business related projects. More recently, she has worked for her local councils in south London, supporting their recruitment processes.
Paula’s family has 2.5 allotments near where they live, which keep her and other relatives busy trying to grow produce in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way. When not working on or preserving the food she produces, Paula spends quite a lot of time bird watching.
