Event Description: Join us for workshop at Tonbridge Castle for anyone wanting to reduce their single-use plastic either in their community or local business. We will discuss ways we can reduce single-use plastic and how we can protect the River Medway from plastic pollution! This event is part of the Preventing Plastic Pollution project – preventingplasticpollution.com – which is about preventing plastic pollution in our rivers with the help of data and volunteer action!
Refreshments, tea coffee and cake will be provided.
Event Timings:
- 6.45pm Registration and refreshments
- 7pm Start of the workshop
- 9pm End of the workshop
Location: The workshop is being held at Tonbridge Castle in one of the Chamber Rooms at 6.45pm. You can find the exact location HERE. The closest train station is Tonbridge Station HERE and parking can be found at Upper Castle Field Car Park (Long Stay) HERE.
What to bring: We will provide all the resources needed for this event – but please bring along your own reusable mug for refreshments. We will provide tea, coffee and cake during the workshop.
Covid precautions: Please do not attend this event if you, or a member of your household, has any symptoms of covid-19.
